Managed all day-to-day administrative tasks which included, but are not limited to, answering and screening phone calls; calendar management; greeting guests; various internal/external client meetings and conference calls; catering services; worldwide business travel, both personal and professional with detailed travel itineraries; invoice processing; travel & expense reporting; monitored all email correspondence and alert executives of any urgent matters Assisted Business Affairs team with all key vendor relationships and contract negotiations for major software and hardware purchases; prepared all reports and presentation material for weekly/bi-weekly/monthly client and executive meetings; generated and distributed daily financial sales reports; monthly sales results; quarterly management reports on key initiatives Coordinated with other executive assistants and internal groups with advanced planning of senior management offsite meetings, which involved tremendous planning, careful attention to detail to ensure all executive’s participation; Oversaw all planning elements and registrations for all cable telecommunications media events, summits and tradeshows; Received MVP Quarterly Excellence Award Produced and handled ”confidential” documents, which involved high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive “confidential” information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy and discretion when communicating to the community-at-large
