Daily Duties at C.F. Martin Company :

•Responsible for the creation of the Master Production Schedule for over 250 SKUs. •Responsible for work center scheduling. This entails the weekly scheduling of 30-80 SKUs to provide the highest possible customer service levels while maximizing manufacturing efficiencies, fully utilizing plant and machine capacity, and properly allocating resources across each of the plant’s work centers. •Responsible for the procurement of all requisite raw materials to support the Master Production Schedule. Direct participant in the sourcing process. •Responsible for the accuracy of bills of materials and routings for over 250 Finished Goods items and 100 manufactured items. •Served as a “Subject Matter Expert” and successfully led an ERP conversion in 2013. •Responsible for the development and delivery of the monthly Sales and Operations Planning presentation to all company Vice Presidents and senior level staff. •Led New Product Introduction meetings; facilitating the end to end process from concept generation to delivery of final product. •Responsible for the reverse logistics of defective raw materials.
