Daily Duties at Boeing Company :

•Responsible for maintaining synchronization of the Chinook Program’s supply chain. Executed through the use of Manugistics’ MRP modeling and forecasting software and an Oracle based inventory control system. •Negotiate lead times, pricing, and order quantities with suppliers and manage schedules for timely delivery. Coordinate with Contract Administration, Procurement, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and production control. •Monitor, evaluate, and recommend processes to improve Production and supplier schedule adherence. Negotiate with internal customers and suppliers to resolve conflicts. Authorize revisions to the materials management plan. •Integrate the master production schedule and purchase order contracts to reduce material shortages and ensure adherence to the master production schedule. •Responsible for managing the reverse logistics of Quality non-conformances. •Performed above job function efficiently and effectively to help reduce procurement parts’ shortages by 61% in addition to reducing delay time to master production schedule by 63
