Manage precision based freight arrival to enhance customer service levels while optimizing manpower efficiency. •Responsibilities entail schedule management and the planning of time critical shipments, drivers, and the use of rail equipment. •Member of Operations team that exceeded budgeted goals of 95% delivery for guaranteed shipments and minimum 90% on-time delivery for two-day market. •Accountable for the scheduling of manpower in a lean production system and maximizing the use rail equipment. •Responsible for strip prioritization and load plan optimization.
