Daily Duties at Simpson Housing L.L.L.P.:
Managed the engineers who monitored backups, general state of all servers, switches, LAN/WAN connectivity, performed maintenance, upgrades software/hardware, network issues. Worked with accounting and the Help Desk staff to identify applications issues related to desktop computers. Managed the staff that supported all infrastructure at the corporate office and 130 remote location nationwide. Responsible assisting in the yearly budget for the IT department.
