Daily Duties at Verizon:
Supervised a work group of 15 technicians. Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance of the telecommunication network as needed to maintain service for customers. - Maintain a safe work environment by conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings, applicable safety training and reinforcing OSHA requirements within the workplace. - Facilitates the movement of technicians 365/24/7 to ensure outages are restored and customer demand is met. - Successfully manage fleet of 32 vehicles and trailers with zero accidents over a 12 month period. - Ensure customer satisfaction with service through continuously training staff on new processes and procedures for service delivery.
