Daily Duties at Tower Research Capital:
• Contributed and completed vital datacenter projects, including installing 800 servers in 3 separate datacenters. • Continuous improvement in the standard of receiving/deploying materials and equipment. • Recording, managing, and maintaining product inventory control and notifying the datacenter Manager of stock shortages or variances. • Managing internal shipping logistics, which includes the creation of shipping labels, cost comparison between carriers, and follow-up with the carrier on any clearance or delay issues. • Compiling data from sources such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports. Enter information into database to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping and other vital records.
