Daily Duties at Atos:
• Construct process frameworks that map to enterprise roadmaps and maximize business use case reuse. • Establish architecture governance and change management processes and ensure process compliance. • Interface with enterprise and application architectures on design, plan, and governing strategic and cross-organizational rationalization for optimization of enterprise services, processes, and components. • Develop models at both project and enterprise levels. • Construct enterprise level models according to best practice Business Process Management Lifecycle methodology.
