Directed the Purchasing Department in the procurement of fresh, frozen, pre-packaged ingredients and packaging materials for two salad manufacturing plants. Interfaced with R&D to provide possible sources for new materials and negotiate pricing. Collaborate with vendors to ensure positive relationships and maintain standard cost. Provide assistance to other departments in the procurement of supplies, equipment and services.
