Daily Duties at Arvin Sango :
Supervised production lines that included progressive die presses, blanking presses, one to four stage presses. In welding and in stamping operations in an automotive setting. Ensuring safety and quality at all times. The interviewing, training, scheduling and placing of members. Working in a QS900 and ISO environment. Tracking and documenting daily production and shipments. Tracking P&L for my areas and making sure it is profitable. Oversaw many major projects and line moves. Model changes, T.P.S, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S systems and J.I.T systems. Following the lean manufacturing. • Track all production on 36 production lines and 8 stamping presses. • Record and counter measure all scrap reported. • Implemented the most cost saving Kaizen in 2002 • Created standard work charts, Kanban systems, 5’s systems.
