Daily Duties at Transformer Decommissioning :

Overseeing the plant operations. Handling personal records. Creating and recording documentation for safety, environmental, training. Handling plant accounts. Corresponding with clients to negotiate pricing for our products over the international market, working with them on any discrepancies. Overseeing the sales and marketing staff. Organizing production efforts to handle higher volume. Organizing environmental and safety programs. Scheduling tractor trailers for inbound and outbound loads. Tracking truck logs for IFTA tax. Annual reporting to E.P.A and IDEM. Oversee the entire Plant & Office operations. • Reorganized plant for implementation of lean concepts • Over saw all aspects of the business and reported weekly to the owner in Indianapolis. • Set up sales department for international sales. • Worked with other locations to implement lean concepts. • Work with Region 5 EPA, maintaining all documents and procedures for PCB’s
