Daily Duties at Fiba Technologies:
Manager the plants day to day activities and improve manufacturing set goals and P&L’s Overseeing the entire plant operations. Utilizing brake presses, benders, welders, steel rollers and AE/UT testing. Heading up production improvements for efficiency, productivity, safety, as well as over all organization of the whole plant. Scheduling production. Making sure all the products are tested correctly according to DOT & ASME regulations. Working with the sales department to ensure customer is satisfied. Giving customers estimates on their trailers and other products. Providing them with completion dates. Maintaining an inventory of all products we have in stock and ensuring we are replenishing as we sell our stock. Working closely with the other plants to ensure we are all working in the same lines. • Implemented Lean Manufacturing concepts, using visual aids, and 5's. • Reorganized shop to run more efficient and increased production 75% • Over saw all aspects of the Plant from HR, Quality, Sales, Safety, Purchasing, engineering. • Assisted other locations with parts and planning. • Reporting daily to the corporate office in Massachusetts all aspects of production and sales.
