Daily Duties at Super Atv:
Manage the entire shop operations from concept to design to production. Overseeing the operations. Utilizing small presses, pipe benders, welders and laser tables. Designing new product from concept to mass production, implementing new procedure for efficiency and cost reductions. Building training programs, safety programs, setting up production lines. Working in a company that was completely Internet sales and implementing a Just In Time system. • Track inventory and schedule production, order parts needed. • Coached and counseled lean manufacturing for small parts kitting area and delivery system for assembly process. • Track R&D, and research ideas for new product design with current market. • Coordinated with all Strategic Suppliers delivery of components for success build of Pre-Production units • Set up and run safety programs, MSDS books. • Track and scheduling maintenance team and projects.
