Daily Duties at Munich Welding:
Overseeing the overall plant operations, setting goals and new processes to better utilize manpower and improve the skill set of the leadership team. Keeping track of production to capture true cost of the 3 M’s “man, method, machine “and all wasted time. Interviewing and hiring potential leaders, and all manpower in the plant. Serving as the center resource for information from all departments and ensuring it got passed to where it needed to be. • Setting up and teaching the 5S program. • Helped with reorganizing the Leadership structure to better serve the companies Goals. • Lead all kick off meetings for new projects and ensured correct personal was fallow through with each project. • Set up Staging and processing for the plant so there was less handling of material to improve process flow. • Headed up each job set up for step by step processing though the whole project.
