Oversight of daily production leadership and staff to meet forecasted output goals and produce industry leading mosaics. Responsible for day to day work assignment and personnel allocation of manufacturing leadership and staff. Routine performance analysis and reporting. Monthly financial report analysis to identify variances and areas of focus. Continually monitor and develop quality assurance processes to produce to the highest aesthetic potential. Evaluate and conduct performance reviews for all manufacturing leadership and staff. Responsible for maintaining a proactive maintenance schedule and daily direction of maintenance technician.
