Full P&L responsibility of a $2 million budget for the operational areas of manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, product and process research and development, and facilities and grounds maintenance. Lead 6 managers/supervisors and 40+ operations staff at multiple facilities in successful execution of annual business plan initiatives and achievement of forecasted production and sales goals. Oversight of management and staff at manufacturing plant to produce 20k square feet of ceramic tile mosaics and at warehouse facility to store and distribute $3 million in inventory and $6.5 million in sales. Collaborate with sales/marketing/design to develop existing and new product offerings of over 400 SKU's to maintain our position as industry leader. Direct maintenance supervisor and staff in the purchase, repair, and proactive maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds of a 13k square foot manufacturing plant and a separate 24k square foot warehouse/distribution facility.
