Daily Duties at Native Learning Center, Seminole Tribe Of Florida (Stof) :
• Personally selected by Chief Operations Officer of the Seminole Tribal Government to assist with the creation and implementation of the new division that included the mission, vision, conceptual framework, strategic and tactical planning, process flows, creation of training materials and facilitation of training and talent development programs • Served as the point of contact and representative for external communications that included client relations, 3rd party vendor relations, government consultants, HUD officials, and media relations • Key role with the production first annual Native Learning Center corporate training conference in Orlando with over 20 tribes represented, assisted with creating instruction, vetting and hiring of trainers with HUD housing expertise • In charge of market research for targeted demographic audience • Created marketing and branding strategy to effectively reach all of Indian Country • Provided exploratory research for potential federal grants, partnerships, LEED certifications, for the learning center • Designed original curriculum for workshops, seminars, internal/external trainings and instructed trainers of effective delivery of presentation materials and how to effectively manage the diverse demographic of population served; responsible for project budget and production/execution of budget through a $12M grant
