Daily Duties at Independent Contractor :
Project & Performance Management Strategy Services • Analyze budgets, communication, process flows, and provide recommendations for restructuring growth and vertical integration; create, implement and oversee customized strategies that provide sustainable solutions to include increased revenue, cost reduction, and improved efficiency • Construct franchise manuals, employee training manuals, company succession plans, company mentor plans, accountability policy for hiring directors, strategic plan for company to become the industry’s employer of choice among incumbents and current employees • Build employee appraisal evaluations, collect data, provide data analysis, recommendations for redesign of current positions/job descriptions to increase employee job satisfaction and maximum talent output. • Provide competition research analysis, marketing analysis, media strategy, trends, and types of industry related research such as franchise investment opportunities, and other various business investment ventures Communication Strategy/Strategic Alliances/Executive Coaching and Training Services • Confidential liaison with high profile clients managing business and relational affairs between associates of clients as the client’s representative or point of contact, managing details and technical tasks ensuring timely project execution, efficiency, and exceed quality expectations • Design the tactical communication plan, create presentations, advise client on best communication strategy to help promote brand awareness, secure funding potential lenders and/or investors to for startup companies, growing organizations, and non-profit organizations • Create business plans/proposals, investor packets, company newsletters, blogs, marketing materials, and presentation materials, client presentation training, persuasion tactics and effective strategies to influence audiences
