Managed AAA Travel product portfolio; representing suppliers in a $220 million cruise & tour sales environment to over 300 travel counselors in 8 states, over 120 locations in MI, IL, IN, MN, IA, NE, ND, and WI. Negotiated preferred contracts with tour operators, cruise lines, airlines, hotels and other vendors through an RFP process where Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) were implemented for best in class service and member retention.
