Daily Duties at American Express Travel & Lifestyle Services:
Responsible for the highest performance of Travel sales team to Centurion and Platinum cardmembers. Provide consistent and on-going coaching and feedback to ensure teams are acheiving their sales and revenue goals in addition to offering extraordinary customer service. Thrive on ambiguity and effectively led team through change. Program Operations Account Contract Analyst work. Negotiated assigned portfolio of Travel Lodging Supplier partner contracts FINE HOTEL & RESORTS (FH&R).
