Daily Duties at People Tech Group:

 Create and execute a custom business plan and strategic sales strategy for the PeopleTech public sector Business Unit ("BU").  Lead the Business Development efforts of the BU through lead generation, opportunity development, and the sells of unique and innovative solutions and services within each of six company practice areas -- Enterprise Applications: PeopleSoft; Microsoft Services; Mobility Services; Custom Application Development (UI/UIX); Cloud Competency: Microsoft Azure, Oracle HCM; Business Intelligence, and Managed Services –  Responsible for System for Award Management (SAM), Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), and GSA 70 Schedule, vendor registration and management.  Develop key C-level Government, vendor, and federal contractor relationships for the successful penetration of new accounts, Government Contract vehicles (GWAC/DWAC) and sales channels.  Increase brand awareness, Top-of Mind, and public sector sales through "go-to-market" planning & execution to include the design and development of all sales collateral, market analysis, and target customer identification.  Identification of key federal contract vehicles and the on-ramp strategy to gain access.  Pipeline development and management including pursuit and capture via 8(a); Small Business Set-Aside programs; Direct to Government; GSA; Prime Contractors; OSDBUs; and industry knowledge  Proposal management and response through the development of key value propositions, win themes, proposal reviews and edits.  Account Management -Manage existing accounts by meeting with client management, reviewing project milestones, resolving/ escalating technical issues, providing conflict resolution, and sales of new products/services into the account. Oversee staff of 12 consultants in 6 different business units.
