Daily Duties at Empower You Coaching, Llc. :
One on one wellness coaching helping employees that Identify a path to positive & healthy change in the workplace to decrease stress and increase performance & productivity. One on one effective goal setting that addresses the behaviors that hold employees back from real change that increases productivity and performance, guide and coach employees to their best self, real time feedback that touches base on and discuss priorities, progress, and health goals, collect feedback and share it in a developmental way in real time or Skype depending on the nature of the work. Guidance on moving forward, guidance on how to take advantage on strengths & talents, help employees to decrease stress so they are not at high risk on job site, work with employees on the phone, skpye, and conduct zoom meetings on group or individual goals and progress, grief and trauma counseling to decrease stress and improve performance, carpeted action plans and follow-up plans, between sessions employees have my support, accountability and guidance for achieving their goals to become top performers. Topics dressed with employees are Nutrition, Mental & Emotional Health, Exercise & physical activity that best fits their unique needs, positive psychology coaching, Performance coaching, and stress management.
