Daily Duties at American Systems :
Promoted to lead PMP based on superior performance. Provides PM contractor support for COMNAVSEASYSCOM/SEA-21, PMS 470/PMS 443/PMS 407 Readiness Managers (RMs). Ensures that all Engineering, C4I, and Combat Systems improvements are accomplished on time and on budget, in accordance with approved policies and directives. Spearheaded the planning and execution of the Landing, Helicopter Dock (LHD), General Assault Ship (LHA) and Amphibious Command Ship (LCC) Class Management Team (CMT) for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Results: increase in ship operational availability, readiness and the standardization of CMTs across the Surface Fleet.
