Daily Duties at Intel Corporation:
Signal Integrity Engineer/ Root Cause Engineer/ Sustaining Engineer Signal Integrity Engineer 1. Instrumental in the IBIST HSIO development/production 2. Part of the Layout Constraint Tool (LCT) user's group. a. Contributed in writing and defining multiple constraint for layout b. Used LCT on multiple platforms incorporating every rule in the Platform Design Guide (PDG) and then evaluating the errors. No platform ever needed a respin due to signal integrity issues after incorporating my suggestions. Root Cause Engineer Worked on only the highest severity issues (including lines down and showstopper issues) for tier 1 Fortune 500 customers using pre-release CPU silicon. Worked on issues with BIOS, platform validation, peripherals, environmental lab, OS, firmware and components. Sustaining Engineer Owner of several high end server platforms post release. This included working with issues from the factory due to material failures, qualifying new components, making changes to the Build of Materials (BOM) along with customer issues. The customers were non tech Fortune 500 companies.
