Daily Duties at Investor’s Business Daily :
• Implemented agent chat, co-browse and social media monitoring • Created and executed a highly successful customer save program increasing saves rate by 25% • Complete oversight of the customer service/call center team with P&L responsibility, focusing on providing consistently outstanding service • Was the voice of the customer within management team to help drive improvements that customers consider important • Fostered career development and advancement, mentoring team members to grow their individual skill sets and add organizational value • Created training materials and develop an ongoing program to educate all team members on Customer Service policies and practices across all customer touch points • Identify, track, prioritize and ultimately resolve key customer pain points with help from key stakeholders • Provide transparency into the customer mindset through thoughtful and actionable reporting • Oversaw relocation of Customer Service Department from Los Angeles to Plano facility within a tight 60 day time frame • Recruited, interviewed and trained 50 new staff members • Directed Plano facility operations including safety procedures, facilities requirements, remodeling, and headquarter correspondence
