Daily Duties at Jp Morgan:
CAMPAIGN MANAGER • Manage multiple campaigns of introductory complexity; possibly cross-channel, cross-department or cross-division. • Campaigns managed will involve participation from and have impact on multiple functions in assigned line of business. • Translating marketing concepts into functional reality by executing the setup of applicable systemic variables. • Defining problems/ needs and solutions involving latitude in course of action, organize project teams by identifying areas of needed expertise and required skills, direct the activities of project teams to ensure quality and timeliness of project completion and develop, update, and present requirement documentation to support various work. • Resolution of project conflicts with affected management and stakeholders, resolve process and project issues, and ensure projects are completed according to time and budget schedules. User Acceptance Testing • Lead projects and/or complex assignments with little supervision • Partner with representatives from the business and technology to appropriately define the user acceptance, End to End and /or Production test requirements • Identify and assess associated risk • Responsible for day to day planning and test execution in the Partner Integration Organization space • Provided training and coaching to new Leads as well as Contractors
