•Conduct Talent Evaluations and Projections of Midwest and Northeast Regional Prospects •Present to ownership, front office personnel, and coaching staff area player evaluations and projections, to include personal and football character, mental aptitude, and football intelligence •Implement and Manage Annual Scouting Travel Calendar o110-130 Travel Nights / Year o70-85 College / University Visits per Year; Evaluation of 300-350 Prospects per Year o5 National Prospect Evaluation Camps •Manage Personal Scouting Budget Ranging from $35,000 - $50,000 •Annual Recruitment of 30-50 Undrafted College Free Agents •Negotiate and Solidify Multi-Year Contracts with Legal Representation of Undrafted Free Agents; 3-Year Split Contracts at $450,000 •Negotiate Free Agent Signing Bonus’s ranging from $1,000 - $25,000
