•Conduct Talent Evaluations and Projections of Midwest and Southern Regional Prospects •Present to ownership, front office personnel, and coaching staff area player evaluations and projections, to include personal and football character, mental aptitude, and football intelligence •Implement and Manage Annual Scouting Travel Calendar o75-100 Travel Nights / Year o40-50 College / University Visits per Year; Evaluation of 200-250 Prospects per Year o5 National Prospect Evaluation Camps •Manage Personal Scouting Budget Ranging from $30,000 - $40,000 •Annual Recruitment of 15-25 Undrafted College Free Agents
