(Worked from home) 1. World wide technical lead for customer issues (post sales). Used Salesforce as our database. Debugged customer issues either by email or remotely on their systems. 2. Tested software on hardware. Wrote test plans. Tested new features on hardware. Gave detailed feedback to any issues including suggestions for possible fixes. 3. Created and maintained the training materials- release, classes, presentations 4. Worked with the vice-president on major external Power Point presentations (presales) 5. Worked with the sales team and gave demos of the tool (presales) 6. Created new features of the tool- please see Achievements
