Daily Duties at Walt Disney World:
-Created a new position to improve and oversee service excellence for the Disney Cast. -Developed training in customer service, motivation, communication and leadership for the cast and leaders in attractions, merchandise, foods, security and guest relations. -Also, performer with “Showtime Singers,” “Voices of Liberty” and Diamond Horseshoe.
