Daily Duties at Lowe's Companies Inc (05/1999 11/2016):
Managed a team of five Project Management professionals. Directed our internal PMO that ran 40-50 projects a year with a mix of ERP, Program, Internal, and IT initiatives. My team was responsible for project documentation throughout the Initiative or Project life cycle (Charter, BRD/BSD, IRD, Test Plan, Communication Plan, etc). Additional responsibilities for vendor relationships, including SOW and RFP process, and IT liaison duties for the Call Center environment of 2500 employees. Produced weekly "pulse" reporting to our Chief Omni-Channel Officer, various Business and IT senior leadership, and other IT support stakeholders that detailed current environmental issues, their status, and metrics around weekly volumes for support.
