Daily Duties at Vista Host:
Hosted monthly webinar training company-wide. Attended trade shows. Set up Hilton PIM, gathered market intelligence for each hotel, start community relations in each city, spearheaded online marketing and social media and hired the DOS for each hotel. Once DOS came on board, I trained and support all sales efforts after the hotel opens. Held weekly one hour called with each DOS to review weekly activity and their plan for the next week.
