Daily Duties at Aware Inc:

• Grew facility from infancy to a full functioning facility with eight processes and over ten employees • Negotiated contracts with county to develop curbside recycling program and community transfer sites • Developed and marketed b2b business curbside recycling business segment, and event recycling business • Managed and built customer base, relationships and satisfaction • Used business intelligence techniques to analyze target customer, refine budgets, develop pricing and product strategies • Analyzed product lines, processes, and data to improve business and develop KPI's • Increased team productivity through developed leadership skills • Created and implemented employee training programs to increase skill sets of employees • Developed new processes and business functions to achieve revenue generation streams • Achieved cost reduction through the process of improvements, synchronizing processes and reducing production waste • Created and implemented production ERP database using MySQL, with a visual basic interface. ERP included dashboard, charts, user interfaces, query searches, reports • Track employees’ hours, purchase orders, inventory, shipments, truck routes, revenues and expenses using ERP Database • Used SQL to extract historical data to make strategic management decisions, predict future events(forecasting), and prescribe solutions to future problems • Applied database analytics to developed new processes and business functions to achieve revenue generation streams
