Daily Duties at Western Milling:
Managed the following entities: O.H. Kruse Grain and Milling; Western Feed Supplements; Western Milling-Export; and Western Milling-Co-pack and Private Label. Responsible for sales and marketing management, business development, and operations management. Identified growth strategies and had direct responsibility for the P&L of a $30 million budget. Recruited, trained and developed 14 Direct reports including 5 mid-level managers and 9 sales representatives. Indirect supervision of an additional 46 Division employees, including: marketing, customer service, and operations.
