Daily Duties at Mortenson Construction:
Manage safety program/efforts on various projects either through the safety professionals specifically assigned to the project or as the senior safety professional on site. Provide specific training to salaried and hourly team members on a variety of topics. Assist project teams in successfully meeting Mortenson's Zero Injury goals. Mentor and develop new safety professionals, assist new project team members in understanding and committing to Mortenson's safety culture.
