Daily Duties at Dream Works:
Managed a team of product managers, designers, animators and engineers Visually Designed Dreamworks Create site, Color Augmented Reality App and DreamWorks Artists subscription app •Managed internal digital design, UI/UX design, internal and 3rd party engineering and development •Cost effectively, scaled deployment of DreamWorks Create products across online, mobile web, downloadable apps, enhanced tv, and augmented reality. •Synergized and launched design campaigns cross-verticals (Home Ent., Retail, Parks, Publishing, Social Media) creating month over month growth •Reporting to the CTO of DreamWorks, led strategic roadmap, partnering and executing new initiatives across franchise, business verticals and senior executive team (CEO,COO). •Led competitive analysis, creative strategy, design and prototyping of new biz dev. digital products and services Ideated/defined all DreamWorks Create products and services Managed senior executive and worked cross business verticals Managed budget and P&L for division along with defining go to marketed strategies Project managed builds Defined and project managed games and sites for DreamPlace location based digital games 3 years Conceptualized on new Dreamworks branded projects Defined go to market strategies utilizing social media and internal DreamWorks marketing channels •Led competitive analysis, creative strategy, design and prototyping of new biz dev. digital products and services including a 3D living character platform leveraging Ai and a CUI (Conversation User Interface)
