Manage 5 consultants over 8 states and Canada selling direct to luxury retailers and salon customers. Responsible for overall profitability of region: Conducting strategic business planning, managing the budget along with direct personnel management including firing, training and development. As voice of sales, collaborate with marketing, operations, customer service, professional relations and finance to drive improved profitability. Managed the largest chain account in the company that deliver $3 million in revenue annually. My expertise is working with high net worth clients selling a luxury brand in a highly competitive market place. I am a born leader who is comfortable of being in a position that carries with a great deal of responsibility, such as making decisions that affect the company. Extremely focused with remarkable work ethic amidst critical and highly stressful situation. I am highly adept in building client relationships.
