Promoted to Director after leading Region in complex transformation in the organization. This change impacted transportation, Independent Contractors, field Managers and complete Region, Division and Districts realignments. Supported Region field associates providing sustainability during the challenging time. Integral member in the development of compensation for Sales Representatives, District Managers and Division Managers in order to sustain the business during transition time. Lead 8 Divisions with 145 associates, supporting 65,000 Independent Contractors with volume sales of $125M.
