Daily Duties at Frito Lay:

Led, engaged and coached newly assigned teams on challenges within the work force to improve morale by implementing consistent recognition, coaching on diversity, executing as a team, working in tough environments and elevating the role of women in challenging environments. Successfully coached individual Zone Directors by bringing a fresh approach in several initiatives to improve efficiencies in delivering on our customer promise. Achieved #1 national spot for 53rd Week Project with underperforming team by role modeling field activities, simplifying the process, managing labor and creating a tracking tool. Exceeded expectations upselling C-store’s into incremental space and complete transformation in over 60 stores generating immediate sales increases averaging $400 weekly per store. Trained and developed new associates on improving selling and building rapport with customers in order to improve and accelerate results. Mastered sales plan execution and company strategies in assigned Zone for national accounts and Independent Business Owners to deliver above sales targets and profits during assignment.
