Daily Duties at Car Max:

• Develop and train team of 12 sales consultants daily.
 • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations
 • Resolved customer complaints regarding sales and service. • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
 • Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development workshops and programs. • Confer with management and conduct store visits to identify training needs based on company standards. • Preform quarterly store reviews with Regional Vice President's team. • Train sales managers in techniques and skills to increase close ratio. • Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
 • Plan, develop, and provide training programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. • Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires. • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.

 • Coordinate and conduct Grand Openings.
 • Train over 2,000 sales associates. • Greet customers and ascertained each customers needs and wants.
 • Describe vehicles and accessories; explain use, operation, and care of vehicles to the customer.
 • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
 • Mentor new sales consultants.
