Daily Duties at Directorate Of Logistics, Installations And Mission Support, Headquarters Air Education And Training Command:
Initiates, develops and implements contracting policies, procedures, and guidance. Identifies and resolves complex contracting issues in support of field contracting units. Coordinates contracting policy with higher level Headquarters; interprets law and directives. Analyzes, develops, and recommends appropriate command responses to Congressional inquiries and GAO protests.
