Leads 5 professionals in procuring commodities, services and construction requirements supporting coalition forces, Afghan National Army, and Afghan National Police infrastructure. Directs support through planning, solicitation, negotiation, award, and contract administration. Provides customer education on operational procedures and ensures actions are in compliance with regulations, statutes, and higher Headquarters' guidance.
