Miami, FL - Project Manager responsible for oversight and coordination of South Terminal Contractors and Architects as well as a staff of Contract Administrators, Estimators, Schedulers and Administrators. PM during interior build-out and commissioning phases. Seattle Light Rail, WA - Resident Engineer's Contracts Manager responsible for management of general contractors including commercial oversight of all change orders and quality non-conformances. Estimating and negotiating on behalf of the Owner.
