Develops and deploys contracting policy, planning, and execution processes for 600 personnel supporting $900 Million program. Briefs 4-star General and other senior leaders on critical contracting issues and creates recommendations for solutions. Champions initiatives and training to ensure performance-based, best-value contracts. Leads all actions supporting the Program Executive Office for Combat and Mission Support.
