Daily Duties at Hanover Insurance Group:
I had responsibility to ensure the quarterly planning, forecasting model and rate level indications were completed in a timely manner. I was able to improve on the closing date by 1 week since I took over this role. Other key responsibilities included reviewing retention and Econometric models where I was able to make recommendations which resulted in retention improvements by 2-3 points in key states
