Daily Duties at Capitol Skymine/Skyonic:
*Design and implement Mechanical Integrity program, using best practices of PSM systems in industry. Include pro-active mechanical integrity program. Oversee equipment performance vs guaranteed performance levels; recommend corrective actions when required. *Analyze and recommend inventory level for plant spares to support high on-stream factor. *Organize equipment and maintenance files to sustain plant operations in accordance with best practices, regulatory requirements and customers' expectations. *Provide engineering support to operations. Coordinate engineering and maintenance programs with third party resources as required. *Coordinate with partners (e.g. PVS and appropriate sodium bicarbonate partners) in maintaining transportation equipment to be safe and compliant with regulations. *Monitor and appraises current technology and techniques in the maintenance field with specific focus on application at the plant level. *Active role in providing support in commissioning of new equipment and plant start-up (potentially assume role as Commissioning Manager) *Provides active role in hiring and training program of new plant employees, in particular for the maintenance staff.
