Daily Duties at Zvrs (Csdvrs) Llc:
Work as a Outreach Specialist for the local Deaf Community on VRS (Video Relay Services) and educate interested parties on using VRS to communicate via Internet, and Smartphones with ZVRS programs. With ZVRS I have traveled to various sites (clients homes) to perform installation VRS equipment, offering solutions for troubleshooting, listening and assisting clients on VRS equipment and software (computers, tablets, smartphones). Assist clients in how to use their VRS to communicate with sign language with interpreters online (Internet). As an “Ambassador” I assist with deaf and hearing communities in how VRS works for point-to-point communication via video.
