Daily Duties at Ch2 Mhill:

Operations & Sr. Construction Manager, Dover AFB, 2008 – 2016 Responsible for bidding and executing work in excess of $50 M on military bases delivering total renovation of structural, mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and architectural for lodging, offices, utility infrastructure, aircrew educational and flight simulator facilities. Construction Manager, Andrews AFB, 2007-2008 Responsible for conversion of dry pipe sprinkler system to installation of High Expansion Foam fire suppression system in multiple aircraft hangers while allowing flight operations to continue. Operations Manager, 2006-2007 Responsible for assembling and directing a team of construction managers, quality assurance inspectors and work center control personnel to comply with FEMA mobile home, multi-unit park developments and individual housing installations. Contract was performance based per timelines and award fees established in base contract. Operations and Project Manager (Washington Group), 2002-2004 Served as Project Manager for U.S. Defense Contract for Cooperative Threat Reduction Integrated Contractors (CTRIC) on new missile storage project for DTRA. Other responsibilities included as Operations Manager for Russian SS24 missile elimination facilities managing rail transportation, contract negotiation with local companies, bid evaluation, and overall process controls. Supervised multiple facilities to de-fuel, disassemble, and dispose of missile components in compliance with START Treaty requirements. Site Construction Manager (Washington Group) – Tonawanda, NY, 2001-2002 Oversaw and managed construction of new chill water and waste water facilities for large automotive facility.
