Daily Duties at Capital One:
Managed 10,000 user Touchpoint desktop application (Teller and Sales & Service Platforms). Managed testing and code deployment to 10,000 desktops across Enterprise. Conducted yearly Disaster Recovery tests for Touchpoint Teller, Touchpoint Sales & Service, BancStar Teller and Adobe Lifecycle. Manages a team of 12 associated that provided Administration functions for Touchpoint & BancStar; managed code deployments to Unix back ends and Windows desktops; monitored systems and resolved incidents/issues. Worked with Internal Audit on all compliance Audits.
