Daily Duties at Capital One:
Managed 10,000 user Touchpoint application (Teller and Sales & Service Platforms). Managed 3 teams of 12 associates that supported the platform. Group was responsible for installing code in test environments and promoting code to production/disaster recovery platforms. Conducted yearly Disaster recovery tests where we recovered the application to our DR systems and tested against a DR Mainframe. Also supported Adobe Lifecycle 8 platform (forms generation for Touchpoint Sales & Service application). Worked with Internal Audit on all compliance Audits
